The hotel's position was exceptionally nice, in a silent area with free parking.

The room was immaculately clean with very comfortable bed, we stayed in all day. The room had central heating, television, and a dining area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The staff was friendly, always on hand when needed. Location: the hotel was short walk to a nice getaway in Sopela, the lovely Basque Country and very cheap transport to beautiful Bilbao...

It's great that they offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a fridge and nice views, making everyone feel welcome. the location in Sopelana is perfect, with easy access to comfortable and affordable transport to Bilbao and beyond, beautiful beaches, coastal walks, and the metro. - Additionally, Parking Playa Sopelana is conveniently located close to the hotel.
